If you are a Spanish speaker or have studied Spanish and now feel ready to start studying the Italian language, I would like to help you understand the differences and common aspects between these two languages to facilitate learning through thought associations. At the core of my teaching methodology is the understanding that language needs to be meaningful to the user, and that each of them needs a structured plan aimed at achieving clear objectives, that's why my lessons are tailored to the specific needs of my students. So, whether you want brush up on your Italian or Spanish in preparation for a holiday, or because you are going to move to Italy or Spain for business purposes, or because you are just passionate about the sound of these beautiful languages... :) My role as your tutor is to equip you with the language you need and to practise your target language together until you feel comfortable enough to use it in real-life communication. Moreover, I believe that is significant to know the different ways of conveying the same "idea" to boost the vocabulary, the way of speaking and, above all, to sound like a native! I also offer seminars, webinars, and fun activities such as role-playing games and escape rooms to learn Italian while having fun. **My education and studies** I hold two degrees and a master’s degree. My first degree is in Italian Studies, focusing on Theory, Criticism, and Methodology, with a specific path for teaching Italian to foreigners. My second degree is in Modern Philology. I also completed a Master’s in Contemporary Art and Curatorial Practices at the Luiss Business School in Rome. **What did I do before teaching?** Before dedicating myself to teaching, which I consider the best job in the world, I worked in the fields of fashion and contemporary art. After obtaining my master's degree, I worked as a curator of contemporary art and fashion exhibitions in important museums in Rome. Learning grammar is fun and makes learning long-lasting. My lessons do not only focus on the Italian language, but also include insights into Italian culture, from cinema to fashion, from art to design. I also periodically organize meetings with famous Italian artists, including figures from the world of street art.
