Trusted teacher: We live in the era of globalization, where the imperative need for language is essential. To explore the world and escape our limitations, in-depth language skills become essential. Mastery of languages thus becomes an essential key to success, opening the door to new opportunities and facilitating communication on a global scale. Italian, a true emblem of the Renaissance and of art since the end of the medieval age, played a crucial role in the cultural and artistic development in Europe. This language is the vehicle for the innovative ideas that emerged at this time, when humanism flourished, highlighting the rediscovery of classic works, the valorization of knowledge and the development of sciences. Italian, as the language of great thinkers, poets and artists such as Dante, Petrarch and Michelangelo, helped shape the Italian Renaissance and spread its influence across the continent. Today, the historical and artistic richness of the Italian language continues to captivate those seeking to explore the deep roots of creativity and humanist thought. Learning the Italian language undoubtedly constitutes an enriching immersion in the rich linguistic and cultural panorama of Italy. Since 2018, my Italian lessons have mainly focused on the cultivation of communicative skills. I actively promote interactive, engaging and practice-oriented approaches to allow my learners to express themselves with ease. This methodology skillfully integrates Italian culture, providing a holistic and captivating experience.

Italian · Tutoring
Trusted teacher: Who am I? I am a highly qualified teacher with several years of experience in teaching Italian to foreign students. I organize courses for children, courses for individuals over 60, and preparation courses for Italian language exams. I also offer seminars, webinars, and fun activities such as role-playing games and escape rooms to learn Italian while having fun. **My education and studies** I hold two degrees and a master’s degree. My first degree is in Italian Studies, focusing on Theory, Criticism, and Methodology, with a specific path for teaching Italian to foreigners. My second degree is in Modern Philology. I also completed a Master’s in Contemporary Art and Curatorial Practices at the Luiss Business School in Rome. **What did I do before teaching?** Before dedicating myself to teaching, which I consider the best job in the world, I worked in the fields of fashion and contemporary art. After obtaining my master's degree, I worked as a curator of contemporary art and fashion exhibitions in important museums in Rome. I also collaborated with film festivals, particularly promoting Italian cinema abroad. **My teaching philosophy** I aim to provide my students with all my multidisciplinary knowledge and creativity to offer Italian lessons that include careful grammatical analysis. Beware of those who claim that Italian can be learned without studying grammar: grammar is essential for fully understanding the language system and enables students to become independent right away. Learning grammar is fun and makes learning long-lasting. My lessons do not only focus on the Italian language, but also include insights into Italian culture, from cinema to fashion, from art to design. I also periodically organize meetings with famous Italian artists, including figures from the world of street art. Join me for a unique learning experience that will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the Italian language and culture! I currently teach in three Schools for Foreigners and have experience with students of all levels and all ages, including children ;) With me, you can also prepare for the state exams to obtain citizenship. Are you interested in Italian culture beyond the language? Do you love cinema and want to learn more about the great visionary Italian directors? Are you passionate about art and want to know more about the Medici, the Renaissance, and contemporary Italian art, and explore icons of Italian design? Then this course is perfect for you. I offer grammar and conversation lessons enriched with seminars on the Italian cultural scene, role-playing games, and interactive activities. All teaching materials will be provided by me! Regardless of your age or level, we’ll achieve great things together! :)

Italian classes by an Italian mothertongue! Online or in person in Milan! (Paderno Dugnano)
Mihaela
On a tight timeline, Mihaela was able to make time to meet with me in person for an hour lesson to introduce me to Italian. For the introductory lesson, I felt it covered a good amount of ground (and she even provided a document of everything we covered and more via email)! She explained hard and soft pronunciation between G + C and pronunciation of vowels. She prepared exercises to help me introduce myself to others. Mihaela even explained some of the historical background of the location we met at, Sforzesco Castle. After our lesson, she also gave me recommendations of places to visit in Milan. In short, Mihaela was thorough, patient, courteous, and communicative! I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Mouna
Mouna is an outstanding tutor. I met with her in person. She is attentive, kind, and very skilled at teaching. She was able to assess my skills and spontaneously know where and how to direct me through the session. She was affirming and positive, and I look forward to many more sessions with her. I left feeling encouraged and motivated to learn French.

Essma
Essma is an outstanding teacher. Her patience with my teenage daughter has been remarkable. We plan to continue our studies in both French and German under her guidance. One notable advantage is her ability to explain concepts in Spanish, which has proven to be very helpful. Thank you, Essma, for your dedication and excellent teaching!
