The focus is on the symbiosis of meditation and breathing techniques, strengthening asanas (positions), flexibility and relaxation - depending on YOUR wishes. As a trained commercial lawyer and civil law mediator, I know the stressors and challenges in everyday life. In yoga practice, the focus is on YOU and your physiological and psychological needs.
