Having studied Professional Musicianship at the British Institute of Modern Music, my understanding of music is both professional and practical, and this is the approach I take when teaching. Previously I have taught at the London Guitar Academy and I am now involved with BIMM Berlin. Music should always be enjoyable and fun, so if you just want to work on a few songs to strum out at a BBQ then we can work through them! Lessons are built around students' needs, creating realistic and rewarding goals to measure progress regardless of where you want to end up. Maybe you want to work on your technique? Rhythm playing? David is a brilliant and enthusiastic guitarist. His passion for the instrument and his skill make him a truly excellent teacher, helping the student to assimilate the correct technique for the classical guitar. During the lesson he also gives information on music theory, which is very useful in the study of pieces and he left me scores of pieces to study for the next lesson, which I really appreciated. Thanks to his lessons, I have regained enthusiasm for playing this instrument and been motivated to study it more and more. I really recommend him!

Yaiza is a great instructor! In my first lesson she had prepared material to go over and was very thorough and organized. She's also very patient and easy to talk to. Axel is really patient and has a laid back attitude to teaching yet still manages to accomplish a lot in one lesson. He explains things very patiently and breaks everything down into manageable pieces. He's an excellent teacher and I can’t recommend him enough.
