After the successful three editions of Feel Relieved and Fit classes, I would like to announce the new dates for the upcoming edition in 2023. To come across more international audiences the newest classes will happen online. The entire program of four classes is suitable for everyone who suffers from lower back problems and is keen to build a strong and flexible body. A range of health classes is suitable for varying levels of ability and age. I prepared a 4 classes programme divided into 1-hour-long sessions.
