Hi, there! My name's Ciara and I'm a first year Neuroscience student. I've been tutoring English, Maths and Science for about a year and a half now so I have lots of experience with a wide variety of students and their unique needs, including SEN students. I began tutoring because I've always had a passion for learning and I love sharing my enthusiasm for these subjects with the students who need that little extra motivation to get involved and engaged! I have 430 hours of tutoring experience, 152 of which have been dedicated to KS1/2 Maths and English. I achieved Grade 9 in GCSE Mathematics and continued my study into AS Level, as well as Grades 9 and 8 respectively in GCSE English Language and Literature. I provide interactive online lessons, tailored to each student's level, needs and goals. Please find below information about a typical session with me. These are fully adjustable to best suit each student. NB: I do also provide session just on Maths for these age groups (30 mins for KS1 or up to 1 hour for KS2). I recommend Khalil without a doubt to anyone looking to improve his/her German level in both writing and speaking. He is a very professional, structured and knowledgeable teacher. He was able to immediately evaluate my level of German during the very first lesson and adjust the teaching methodology and materials accordingly. I am truly impressed with his patience and dedication towards teaching the proper German pronunciation with all its complexities and difficulties as well as the proper rules when it comes to grammar and language. We also had lessons using Skype which is also a good option for those who have a limited amount of spare time or are too far apart from the teacher. It is obvious that Khalil loves what he is doing and is willing to put all his effort into his passion. I wholeheartedly recommend Khalil for anyone wanting to learn the language.
