I also studied Quran & it's sciences, Tajweed, and other Islamic studies for more than fourteen years. I have studied Arabic from the International Open University and Arabic Institute. Currently, I'm also an Undergraduate student of Islamic Studies Education in the University of Lagos, Akoka. I also study under the tutelage of Sheikh Raslān from Egypt. I am a tutor of modern standard Arabic, classical Arabic (the language of Quran and Hadith) and colloquial Arabic ('āmiyyah). I love teaching Arabic because it is a very important language of Islam. Prophet Muhammad S.A.W said we should love Arabic language because: he is an Arabic, the holy Quran is in Arabic language and the language of the paradise dwellers is Arabic. I also love teaching Arabic language because it is the fifth most spoken language in the world. It is the official language of 26 countries including 5 of the wealthiest countries in the world. And it's sixth most spoken language in the world. Learning such a language will avail you to the discovery of most interesting cultures in today's world. It will also look good in your resume. With Arabic language, you'll become a polyglot and you will be able to adapt to the environments of Arab. As a Muslim, with Arabic language, you'll have thorough understanding of Quran and Sunnah. I have been tutoring Arabic and Islamic Studies since 2014 both online and offline till date. I tutor the learners between the ages of 5 - 80. The focus of my instruction is on all the important skills of the language (reading, writing, listening and speaking), grammar and vocabulary development. With these, you'll be able to intermingle with Arabic speaking people in any Arab environment you find yourself and of course, you'll have yourself prepared and fit for any formal exam. I have a lot of experiences in teaching English but don't have professional license in teaching, which is why my classes might be priced a bit lower than some others. However, I am definitely a native speaker :) and really do have passion for teaching and empowering people. I've also been in business world since 2009 - I am a CPA so I can teach business English as well as business English usage in email communications. I have been lucky to have spent my life in various places around the world - Korea, US, Japan, and now Australia - and would love to connect with people from different places. Mandarin and English are the two languages that I can teach. Since Feb. 2012, I started to work in Lolokids in Shanghai. It is a part of Longre Education Group. My students were 3-12 years old. I taught them pronunciation and "New Concept English". After a year, I also found a part-time job in Learn First. This time I even had some adult students. They were 30-45 years old. So the range of the students' age was getting larger, it was from 3-45 years old. Mostly, the books that I taught were "Side by Side", but meanwhile I also taught grammar, English conversation and some other materials that students offered to me. I love teaching Chinese students English, and also like teaching foreigners Mandarin. Since 2009, I taught my American colleague Mandarin, and that experience reminded me of being a Mandarin tutor would be a fantastic thing. In Feb. 2011, I got a certificate of International Mandarin Chinese Promotion Institute teacher qualification for the level of Assistant Professor. In May 2013, I got my Certificate of results of test of Putonghua (Mandarin) proficiency with good grade. During these years, I had taught an American business man for couple years. Since May 2014, I began to teach foreigners Mandarin in Mandarin Morning, a training center. My students come from France, Germany, America, Japan,and Spain. The books that I normally teach were "My Chinese Classroom" and "Excel in Chinese-Better Chinese Better Business". Some of the students couldn't even speak a Chinese word. So I can teach students from the beginning level. Also, some of my students can even write Chinese characters, like my Japanese student. His Chinese was at intermediate level to advanced level. I have also been a translator and interpreter for many years. I got my Certificate of Intermediate Interpreter in June 2010. So I believe that studying languages with me will be an interesting thing. Also the most important thing is that I am very patient. Let's start the journey of learning Mandarin or English. Right now I have not started my study in Sydney yet, so I can teach for the whole week. However, since 25 Feb. I can just teach on the weekends.
