Por las mañanas trabajo en una empresa de telemárketing en BCN en un ambiente multicultural donde el inglés es nuestra lengua vehicular y a partir de las 16h tengo disponibilidad. I was born in Barcelona... a long time ago. I grow up in this town, but now I live a bit far from here. I studied at the University of Barcelona and in Huddersfield (near Shefield, Halifax, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool,...not very far from York: quite nice places and better people), and I've been teaching Catalan, Spanish, Phillsofy, History and English for a long time...since I was 16. (That was in the academy English Studio, untill13th March, when the lady in charge said literally that she would pass my 59 students to another teacher because I had no Internet at home, as I had recently moved to another town and had not had time to set the internet) #.................... Morning shift: Professional Objective: English teacher. Professional experience More than 15 years in several Contact Centers as an Agent or as a Team Leader or Supervisor. Companies: Teletech, Telefono Permanente, MST, Teleperformance and Promofon. As a Team Leader / Supervisor: more than three years in Teleperformance and Promofon, (ONO), making sure the group of Agents were appropriatly trained and equipped to resolve doubts, problems and change requests; makintg sure the team could respond effectively to Account Managers ` requests for further information and , when necessary, take proactive action to ensure they were aware of an issue. And last but not least, every day monitoring work, keeping an eye on the activity of premium learners, ensuring the team was taking the necessary proactive action, either by phone or email. I had to support very often other colleagues in accordance with business needs and to share ideas to improve business practices and the quality of the service. More than 20 years as an English teacher. Also, Spanish, Catalan an Humanities subjects. Qualifications: Universitat Central de Barcelona, Law Studies. Fluent English and intermediate level of French. Native level of Catalan and Spanish.

I recommend Khalil without a doubt to anyone looking to improve his/her German level in both writing and speaking. He is a very professional, structured and knowledgeable teacher. He was able to immediately evaluate my level of German during the very first lesson and adjust the teaching methodology and materials accordingly. I am truly impressed with his patience and dedication towards teaching the proper German pronunciation with all its complexities and difficulties as well as the proper rules when it comes to grammar and language. We also had lessons using Skype which is also a good option for those who have a limited amount of spare time or are too far apart from the teacher. It is obvious that Khalil loves what he is doing and is willing to put all his effort into his passion. I wholeheartedly recommend Khalil for anyone wanting to learn the language.

Olatade has been a huge help for my eight-year-old daughter with her Math studies. She has a great way of connecting with kids, encouraging them to do their best, and making learning enjoyable even when they face challenges. I really appreciate how she assesses what a child knows overall and gives support where they truly need it, rather than just sticking to schoolwork or helping with homework. Olatade is patient and friendly, and I know your child will really enjoy learning with her.

My 10 year old daughter has had 3 lessons with Jo so far and she is begging me to continue as she enjoys her lessons with her so much. Jo is very well organized, responsive to the child's learning needs and makes sure that her lessons are not only well organized but also fun. She makes an effort to connect with my daughter and engage with her in a motivating way. She is a fantastic teacher!
