I have 19 years experience teaching /tutoring all subjects, primarily English to English learners from across the world (learners from various countries in Asia, South America, Europe, Africa and the Middle East) in the very culturally diverse city of San Francisco... to students who's second (or third) language was English. During the past 10 years, I've taught at an international school in Warsaw and more recently, in schools across Kraków, including lessons conducted one-one-one. I've also attained a TEFL certificate for the purpose of teaching abroad, in addition to my completion in a 2-year Teaching Credential Program in Education. English classes are 100% conversational and times are flexible. The teaching materials used are tailored toward each student's needs, levels and preferences. Miss Sara is a very good teacher. She has a way to keep my 6 year old daughter engaged and encouraged while increasing her abilities in French. I have seen my daughter improve drastically. She challenges her and she started reading many words in the space of 3 months when she could not before in French. The exercises she gives touches a wide range of topics (syllables, vocabulary, sentance building etc) that has allowed my English speakig daughter to cope well in her French school environment. She started understanding what people say to her in French which is amazing.

I've finally met the tutor who l really wanted to have. She is so kind and good at teaching languages. She provides me with various materials before class. And then I can have time to practice the materials before class. After class, she gave me feedback on which I made mistakes during the class. After finishing the contract with her, I think I will speak English fluently a lot.
