Activities: Song: "Hello, Hello, How Are You?" (song to say hello and ask how you are). Dynamic: The children present a drawing of themselves. Game: "Simon Says" in English using simple sentences. Space to draw: Children draw how they feel (happy, sad, etc.). Class 2: Colors and Numbers Activities: Song: "Colors song" (Song to learn colors). Game: "Color Bingo" with cards that children must color. Space to draw: Children draw something with the colors they learned. With a Masters Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Second Language, Yimer is obviously very qualified but he also has a gift of teaching that is very effective in making progress on the learning journey. Part of this has to be in his patience and being a teacher that has a way of explaining things, both in English and Spanish, that make learning easier. I have had quite a few Spanish tutors over the years but Yimer, is clearly the best.

Sandra is an excellent teacher - she's extremely knowledgeable of spanish grammar and vocabulary, and is very good at explaining difficult concepts in a simple way. She clearly put a lot of effort into every lesson, which resulted in me improving quite a lot in just a few lessons. Best of all she's a great person who is fun to talk with. Every class was truly enjoyable.
