Achieve Top Grade Maths GCSE Results I am an experienced and qualified Mathematics classroom teacher and tutor for Key Stage 3 and 4 as well as Exam Preparation Leader for GCSE students. I am also a single parent raising my 5-year-old daughter. I have been teaching Mathematics in the school's Secondary programs for over 10 years now and during this time have developed an intimate knowledge of the KS3 and 4 curriculums, I know and will impart the knowledge of the tips, tricks, and details on successfully passing the exam that will take your child from failing to passing, or from passing to hitting the top grades in my relaxed, friendly and approachable tutoring style. I specialize in Maths for students of all ability levels and in encouraging them to develop their own individual learning styles as quickly as possible. I use this to tailor individual lessons and planning to show them the current curriculum content in the best, most efficient way possible for them to progress. My approach is based on weekly hour-long sessions, either one or two 60 minute sessions, depending on the plan I will set out together with the parents at an early stage. The plan we develop will set out what we hope to achieve and progress against this will be assessed regularly. While Maths can be a challenging subject I believe my approach in tailoring topics to the students, keeping things simple and working step by step with gradual progression from easier to the more challenging aspects, coupled with my patience and 'Learning Should Be Fun' philosophy, will see every student progress hugely and their confidence in facing Maths boosted. I have been tutoring and teaching for many years now and I can safely say that all my students for GCSE and secondary Maths have reached or beaten their objectives.
