The desired result of the workshop is that the participants make a connection between emotions and movement. 2. Dance classes for seniors The first part of the lesson is warming up on the chair. Inspiration drawn from gyrokinesis, a form of movement that increases spinal mobility. In combination with Pilates-based exercises for muscle activation, we prepare the body with an approach that is suitable for everyone. In the second part, the exercises continue standing with a body scan. The exercises explore every part of the body using weight, dynamics and movement qualities.
