In the sequence we will include flexion, extension, twisting, force, traction, lateralization, balance and inversion postures. To finish or during the practice we will include breathing, relaxation and meditation exercises. You will have tips to build the self-practice that your body and mind need so that after the process you will know how to practice without always needing the guidance of an experienced teacher. Yana is very sweet and is always willing to listen to your doubts and difficulties. I have only taken 2 classes so far. The learning process is slow if you really want to improve your technique. If you are looking to learn everything in one class, this is not the place. The only downside is the pricing on Apprentus fees, which seems a bit steep to me and teachers only get a cut.

Took my first class with Aubrey tonight and she was so amazing. Broke all the moves down in a way I could understand. She was very encouraging and would demo the moves and choreo, as many times as I needed. She's incredibly patient. It was a well thought out choreo for my level. I had a ton of fun and can't wait to continue classes with her!!
