Hello, I am a student and I practiced the transverse flute for 10 years. I offer to give you lessons whether for students who are discovering or just starting out. If the student does not yet have a flute, I can, for the first lessons, lend him mine. But if you want to continue for several sessions, you will have to think about renting or buying one.

Theory and music theory, in music, are far from being the most fun. But it is essential to do so to progress and have fun, to play as you want and without limits! I offer a long practice filled with orchestral and ensemble experience to accompany in practice. I can accompany teaching without replacing it or give first wind instrument lessons.

My name is Andrea and I am a student in Jazz (3rd year in progress), I started the piano at 6 years old and singing at 8 years old. Four years ago I took up jazz, bossa nova and modern music, which allowed me to develop my piano and vocal practice. I have played the flute for more than 20 years, and have been teaching since 2011. I offer flute lessons to children aged 8 and up, and adults at all levels from beginners to post Grade 8. I also teach recorder to younger beginners- I find this is a good stepping stone for younger children as it's more comfortable for smaller beginners to hold, and easier to make a sound on. Learn to pass exams or just for fun- many of my students achieve highly in ABRSM and Trinity grades, but some prefer not to take exams and this is fine too. Whatever your level, one to one tuition means that I can tailor my teaching to your needs as a flute player, and my teaching takes into account the reasons you learn an instrument, encompassing a wide variety of repertoire. I also teach music theory- lots of students come to me to help prepare for Grade 5 theory, and I also teach higher theory grades.
