Having grown up with computers, telephones and other consoles, new technologies are part of my daily life. Using a computer seems easy as pie! However, my grandparents constantly call me to help them print a document, save a document online or do not understand the web page displayed in front of them, etc. So I realized that this which seemed obvious to me, was not necessarily obvious to someone who did not grow up with these technologies or simply had the opportunity to use computers. So I thought my skills could be useful to more people who feel overwhelmed by these technologies. We are going to review everything, from the beginning, there are no bad questions, no stupid mistakes, I am ready to start from scratch. If you feel that now is the time to understand how a device works which is, today, very useful or even essential, but which gives rise to a feeling of discomfort and stress in you, then you are in the right place! The courses will be organized lesson by session: -First lesson, I assess your level (no pressure, everyone starts somewhere, whether it's 0 or 2) - Each session begins with what was learned in the previous lesson, reminder of what was forgotten, correction of errors and exercise done by the student -After the short test at the start of the session, we start the new course on a different concept or one that deepens the session before. (eg: safe sites (the most well-known), how not to be fooled by booby-trapped pages (virus), send emails, email signatures, print a document, manage files in "my documents", etc...) -End of session summary I look forward to seeing many of you during these times of confinement.
