Trusted teacher: Since I have been teaching, I have been able to implement techniques and a particular method, which, I know, goes beyond the "framework" of teaching as we can know it and as we imagine it. : cold, rigid, boring, stigmatizing, obligatory. As I indicated in my personal presentation, I was a bad student, who did not like school and who was not appreciated by her teachers. I was one of those students who pays no attention, who is not interested, who looks outside, who chatters, who draws in math and physics class, and who insists on not wanting to understand or to listen. I didn't understand why this apprenticeship necessarily had to go through violence, aggressiveness, an obligatory nature that became a daily suffering. I hated school for a long time, but I learned to love it more than anything the day I had a teacher in front of me who made me want to learn. This famous "click" happened at that moment, when the chains of school obligations were broken and I was able to decide for myself what I wanted to learn. When I in turn became a teacher, a status which was a great victory for the former bad student that I was, I felt invested with a mission in which I believed passionately: that of making school loved, by becoming the teacher that I would have liked to have in front of me at this complicated time of my youth. I noticed that the learner is more easily interested in the discipline for which he must work from the moment when the teacher is interested in him, sincerely. From the moment when a real relationship of trust has been established. From the moment that respect is positioned at the same level between the learner and the trainer. From the moment the individual is taken into account as a person in the same way as the teacher: they are on the same equal footing. The teacher-trainer therefore becomes a companion who guides and directs, the difference lies here and this is what will allow acceptance of learning, better assimilation and sustainability in the motivation of the learner. He will not be frustrated or turned on by the teacher who plans to teach him new knowledge. On the contrary, he will come with pleasure because he knows that he will be considered as a being in his own right, with his qualities and his faults, without being judged.

Arabic and tunisian Dialect courses for children and adults (Tunis)
Zouhour
Zouhour is a great teacher and highly recommended. She works hard to make every lesson fun, yet effective. Both are important for learning a new language, especially one like Tunisian Arabic, which is a bit different than Modern Standard Arabic. While she has a curriculum that she uses, she adapts to a student’s capabilities and learning needs. Very quickly can a student put into practice what she teaches and she presents the building blocks for later, more complicated conversations. I personally was very rapidly able to put simple greetings, words and phrases into use, to great avail and lots of smiles from Tunisians. Again, she is highly recommended as a teacher for Tunisian Arabic.

Samia
I look forward to my lessons, they did an excellent job at immersing me from day one. I had some basic understanding of composition, vocab etc. and they immediately matched my level of understanding. I don’t feel any time is wasted. Within two minutes of meeting with my tutor, we began learning. I am super impressed by Emna and hope to continue my learning until I am fluent. Would recommend to anyone and everyone!
