Trusted teacher: Bouldering is not just about physical strength, it's a dance on the wall, requiring grace, balance, mental and physical agility. Starting out can be both exciting and intimidating, but with my guidance, anyone can learn to conquer the wall! My name is Mike and I invite you to come spend an hour with me. Through my personal approach, you will establish a strong foundation, equipping you with the confidence and skills necessary to continue your bouldering journey! This course will cover the essential techniques you need to know, from mastering body control to perfecting foot swaps, each addition is a building block towards becoming a confident climber. Moving on to more advance techniques like inside/outside flagging and drop-knee/lock-off twists, these skills add more movement challenging your balance. Next up, toe and heel hooks engage your core and problem-solving skills as you navigate more complex routes. The rock over and dynos will further increase your technique and route sending ability! If you're interested in progression tracking and analytics, I can assist you with setting up your TopLogger account and provide a brief introduction. We'll be using the FB scale working with grades from 3+ to 6b. Whether you're a beginner, or aiming to brush up on intermediate skills, this course promises a comprehensive introduction into the exciting world of bouldering. *Please remember entrance and shoe rental (if necessary) costs are not included!
