Trusted teacher: I have more than 20 years of teaching experience both in institutes and universities. I have given private lessons for over 15 years. I have experience teaching private Mathematics classes at all levels: Primary, ESO, Baccalaureate, Training Cycles, Selectivity, University and even in courses for companies. I am a person with a great teaching vocation. I like teaching and I enjoy doing it. I am patient, responsible, dynamic. I prefer to give private classes individually to detect the basic problems of each student and in this way to be able to correct them. When I was in my last year of high school, I started teaching math classes. The experience was inspiring, I knew that I wanted to be a teacher and teach. After obtaining my degree (Bachelor of Mathematics), I studied Postgraduate studies (Master, Specializations and Doctorate), specializing in the areas of Statistics, Optimization and Numerical Analysis. Through the years, I have mainly taught Precalculus, Differential and Integral Calculus in one and several variables, Algebra, Trigonometry, Investigation of Operations, Ordinary Differential Equations, Probability, Statistics, ... I really enjoy teaching and helping students and have been quite successful at it. I have always received rave reviews from my students, and today many of them are my friends. ------------------------------- My experience tells me that there are three crucial factors for success in math: motivation, confidence and practice (A LOT!). The first two factors require a change in attitude, while the third requires willpower and discipline. Most of the students I have come across who struggled with math lacked one or more of these factors, with insufficient practice being the most common. There is also a general fear of math that affects motivation and confidence, making practice stressful. In addition to explaining the topic and answering any questions students may have, I try to help them overcome fear and improve motivation and confidence. I create a relaxed work atmosphere to decrease anxiety. I continually assess the student's level of experience, working through problems to increase levels of difficulty. This helps develop self-reliance. I strive to make problem solving fun, sometimes challenging. It is extremely important to work on many and varied exercises. There is no way to get satisfactory results if there is not enough practice. I can't stress this enough!
