Trusted teacher: Associate teacher of SVT currently available from the National Education for family reasons (I am therefore no longer in a post in an establishment since 01/09/2021 and am no longer an employee of the EN), I give private lessons of SVT in Visio under autoentrepreneur status. With 10 years of teaching experience in secondary education, with several bac juries to my credit, vacations in CPGE and in prepa agreg at UCB-Lyon 1, and many years of experience of private lessons (including 3 years in main activity during a previous availability), I offer my help in Life and Earth Sciences, from high school level to post-baccalaureate level: CPGE BCPST, prepa CAPES, prepa Agreg, License or Master of Geosciences, preparation for CRPE. I can also provide thematic lessons or workshops for adults (individually or in small groups) who wish to continue learning at any age. My classes combine rigor and benevolence, professionalism, dynamism and humor, according to my former students, when they mention the help that I was able to provide them. I am used to working with multi-dys, AD / HD, high potential and Asperger's students as well. I insist a lot on scientific methodology. I can help you optimize your learning and memorization techniques, help you get to the point, make mental maps. We will also work on the general organization of your work if necessary. I also and above all want to pass on to you my pleasure of learning and the passion of SVTs, which continue to inspire me even today. Having given private lessons for a long time in person at home, I now want to focus on Visio lessons on Zoom, Skype, or any other videoconferencing software. I have been practicing courses in Visio format since March 2020 and have since been more equipped to ensure greater comfort for my students: headphones with microphone (quality sound), graphics tablet connected to an interactive whiteboard, camera-viewer of documents, front lighting reducing unpleasant shadows, Véléda paintings behind me. Having also a first literary course (LEA English-German Masters), I was able to pass within the framework of National Education a complementary double certification allowing me to teach SVT in English and German. If you need SVT courses in these languages, please let me know in advance of the topics you want us to address. I am available on long time slots during the week and on weekends, during school periods but also during the holidays, where I offer intensive internships if necessary. Please respect the reserved hours. The courses are adjustable in advance. Any course canceled less than 24 hours in advance is due at 50%. Indeed, the time that I could waste managing multiple cancellations and rescheduling of courses is time that I cannot put to the service of the success of my students. In addition, the presence of a framework, of operating rules is necessary for the investment of pupils and students who engage in a process of support. So, I also ask you to be punctual and to start your computer and your videoconferencing software a few minutes in advance in order to start the session on time, not to waste precious minutes of class (the session will end at the time initially scheduled ... 10 minutes late means 10 minutes of lost lessons) and to respect the students who have lessons after you. It is suited for students who want to revise before an exam, switch from standard to higher level subject, want to have a head start on the course material before starting IB or need help with their assignments. First and foremost my lessons are tailored to YOUR needs - how you learn makes a big impact on your understanding of school material. I create a comfortable, relaxed and motivating space where you can come to at ANY knowledge/skill level and ASK all of your questions. :) Despite my science-heavy background I make the lessons creative and fun and encourage my students to think outside of the science subjects. My tutoring style is discussion-based. We will have a conversation about the subjects rather than a lecture, which will give you the tools and confidence to better synthesize the course content and present your ideas in a specific manner. I create my own materials for each class, including definitions, calculations, diagrams and past-exam questions. I use a touchscreen tablet to interactively annotate our class worksheets, draw structures and mechanisms, write down chemical reactions and step-by-step calculations.

£14English : The Language of Everthing, Especially of Science
Trusted teacher: English is the one of the most common languages in the world. Nowadays, it becomes more and more inevitable to learn how to use this particular language as a tool for daily life struggles, on social media and of course in business. I am a second year medical student enrolled in MD-PhD program and I am used to doing Critical and Analytic Lectures. I specialise tutoring in English for all kinds of students, from beginner to academic level especially for the basic needs : listening, reading, writing and speaking. And for all those who are interested or in need a particularity of mine is that I also teach Life Sciences (check out my classes:). I have passed during my school years PET- FCE- IELTS C1 levels and I have achieved them perfectly, I know how the exams work but also I have gained experience talking with native english speakers! I am now a discussion&debate workshop minister in my faculty. English has always been a passion to me. I can say I have always been a nerd and more importantly I have stopped using subtitles in movies and videos in primary school! I have to admit that I've started my scientific journey thanks to English articles and original sci-fi books (translating them usually causes logical dissociations between the subject and what's written) and when I was told to do presentations about anything the best ressources was in English! You know what? English is the actual official language for Science. From anthropology to astronomy, maths, biochemistry and many more... All researches are published in English, so it becomes an essential skill to learn.
