I have been a professional bass player for over 20 years, and tutoring for 14 years. I have been teaching students of all ages and experience levels from ages 5 - 55 since 2011. My teaching is focused on developing strong basics, allowing my students to develop both, their self confidence and performance abilities. Over my years of teaching, I have developed my own style, which has a simplified, personalized, tailored approach to fit the needs of each student individually. No two students of mine follow the same learning curve. I do not have a fixed curriculum / syllabus, nor do I have a book that I teach you out of. I teach you what you need to know, to be able to play with confidence on your own. The best of learning from me, is I teach you the songs that YOU want to learn. Which means, you not only develop while playing your instrument, but also learn your favorite songs simultaneously. So you will start playing songs, within your first month of joining my classes! The choice of choosing what you want to focus on while learning your instrument, the ability to choose the songs you want to learn and my flexible teaching method, are the 3 things that set me apart from other online tutors.
