As a qualified and certified teacher from the Royal Conservatory of Liège since 2015, I offer dynamic cello lessons focused on sound discovery, rhythm, posture or musical creation for those who wish to participate.

Hi! I’m Lucia, classical cellist from Madrid. I studied with international te known teachers as N. Shakhovskaya and D. Geringas, and I was working in Spain with the Spanish Radio TV orchestra, Spanish National Orchestra, OSPA, and contemporary music ensemble Plural Ensemble. Also I have teaching experience since 12 years, having worked privately and in Centro Superior Katarina Gurska.
I also play piano, I studied it since I was 3-4 years old because my father is a pianist and he was teaching me.

Lessons for modern or historical, with program and repertoire, adapted to the goals and speed of each student, whether young, not so young, or adult, for a general introduction to these instruments, for preparation for high music education, as a supplementary aid for exams in music academies, or for a hobby, or for amateur group music-making, or for developing qualities as concentration, discipline, expressibility, awareness of styles and music history.
In my teaching, I rely mostly on old traditional methods, books, and repertoire, which have proved their efficiency over the time. I also make use of the old teaching tradition of improvisation. This not only adds a creative element soon after very beginning, but also teaches via practice the basics of harmony.
Lessons can be combined (+30min.) with theory/solfege (ear training), if the student wishes.
