Arthur - Toulouse£31
Trusted teacher: First of all, congratulations on getting this far: finding the right teacher is not easy, but the hardest part is behind you. My method is innovative and differs from the classic French system (obsolete and archaic): The student learns to become independent and autonomous by integrating technical principles applicable to different scenarios, somewhat according to the philosophy of Asian martial arts (but rest assured, nothing martial here, everything is done flexibly). My lessons are fun, and are aimed at beginners as well as experienced ones. The first step consists of first validating a few quick theoretical and technical bases. This is a crucial step to progress quickly and efficiently: what is a grade? A deal ? An arpeggio? A range ? How to hold a pick? In what position to play? Once the basics have been acquired, the student can learn pieces of their choice or work on particular playing techniques (picking, alternate picking, tapping, etc.) always in accordance with their needs, and above all their desires! Obviously the content is adapted to each person, the same goes for the style: Rock, Blues, Pop, Variety, Reggae, Metal... the possibilities are endless. For those who wish to risk it, the theme of improvisation is also on the program: Contrary to popular belief, this discipline is not reserved for the elite or the experienced, everyone is capable of it with a little training and an appropriate method. Music is an artistic field, everyone can see a future in it as long as the motivation is there!

Juliette - Toulouse£15
Trusted teacher: Hello all, I am Juliette, Doctor in Health Biology and holder of a Master's degree in international cooperation. Passionate about foreign languages and intercultural exchanges, I am currently learning 2 languages on my own: Spanish and Russian. After having taken LV1 English in middle school and high school (18/20 at the baccalaureate), I continued to learn English through my travels (Europe, India) and my research activity (I carried out a thesis in biology). I have written scientific articles in English, and I speak English on a daily basis with my foreign partner. I am level B2/C1: I got 925/990 on the TOEIC in 2021. Regarding the courses I offer: I favor dialogue, listening and the acquisition of vocabulary in learning a language, but I can also work specifically on grammatical or conjugation points, particularly if there are expectations linked to school programs. Whatever the level of English targeted and the possible blocking points, I think that regular listening and practice are a sure way to anchor the good automatisms of the language in the long term. By hearing certain turns of phrase, certain grammatical notions will end up coming spontaneously to your mind when you write and express yourself. What I propose, depending on your level and your requirements (exams, school programs, etc.): - define together a program likely to meet your expectations - deliver the course in English (even if it means speaking slowly, translating certain words, and mixing English with French at the beginning). Abroad, language courses are taught in the language, and this quickly contributes to progress :) - vary the learning supports and angles: written, oral and listening. Ideally, a session will consist of all 3. - Establish with you, depending on your availability, a program to do independently during the week (watch a short video on Monday, listen to a podcast on Wednesday, read the news on Saturday, etc.) - gradually support you, if you wish, towards autonomy in learning this language. Looking forward to meeting you and speaking English with you! Juliette

Trusted teacher: ╭══• ೋ•✧๑♡๑✧•ೋ ೋ•✧═╮ WHO AM I ╰══• ೋ•✧๑♡๑✧•ೋ ೋ•✧═╯ My name is Lizzie, born in 1991 in Toulouse. Graduated with a degree in Japanese Language, Literature and Civilization, I have been giving private lessons since 2018. I went to travel to Japan for a total of 1 and a half years, from 2015 to 2017. I return to Japan every 2 years or so. When I returned to France, I decided to become a private Japanese teacher, specializing in teaching beginners. My classes are intended for people who are starting from scratch or who already have some background and who wish to obtain a JLPT N5 or N4 level. I want to share my passion, tell you anecdotes and teach you to speak and write this language! ╭══• ೋ•✧๑♡๑✧•ೋ ೋ•✧═╮ PRIVATE LESSONS ╰══• ೋ•✧๑♡๑✧•ೋ ೋ•✧═╯ My courses are tailored to you. Long-term learning? Express? Without learning kana? Leaving for Japan soon? Choose the training that suits you, at your own pace! I prefer to have a little discussion with the student before starting, to know their level, their pace, their preferences, their hobbies, their passions etc... My lessons will be based on my past experiences in Japan, what I was taught and my own books. All the exercises are adapted to each of you. We will study together oral comprehension, writing, reading, translations... The courses will be held in person or remotely (for all of France). No travel, no group lessons (except for pairs of 2), no children under 16. For any other information, do not hesitate to contact me! Yours, Lizzie

Pablo - Toulouse£26
Trusted teacher: Professional musician, composer and producer. 10 international experience (Europe, South America, Asia) Piano lessons, computer music, rhythmic initiation (through beatbox and body percussion) to all types of public. Attractive teaching method mixing classic and modern. PIANO LESSON: My learning methods are modern while reinforcing the fundamental notions of rhythm, interpretation and theory which make the difference between amateurs and professionals. My specialty is jazz which also helps develop the creative part and the improvisation of the students. For the youngest we will work on the pleasure of playing music before arriving on classical music theory (essential) but which can quickly disgust a young child. Through new methods such as beatbox, body percussion, we can learn rhythm and independence while having fun. According to the needs of the students I will develop a tailor-made program for each profile because each person is different, that's why I don't believe in only one way to learn music. The easiest way is to come and try! MAO COURSE: Many people are interested in computer music, essential tools for BeatMaking, Production, etc... Unfortunately in France it is difficult to find serious training at reasonable prices. I myself had to go abroad to learn more about it. I specialize in the following programs: Akai MPC Live, FL Studio. Beginner who would like to launch into Beatmaking or confirmed who wants to improve the quality of these productions, I offer you all my secrets in composition and mastering. We begin?
