Trusted teacher: Hello, If you want to resume sport in any form, or even achieve more specific goals (mass gain, weight loss, toning, etc.) and this with a smile, then I will be extremely happy to assist you in this adventure! I am a physiotherapist, a physical education graduate and above all a fervent athlete. My passion is movement in all its forms. I have been practicing physiotherapy for 1 year now, 3 years since I am a physical trainer for young tennis players and I support students in personal training whatever their level. I love to bring a little madness and my energy to motivate those I accompany. I often do a good part of the session with it to show, explain and involve people even more in their process of progress. In short, I guarantee a lot of fun, because for me the pleasure of moving remains a priority, but also and above all varied sessions adapted to your different needs and capacities. So do not hesitate if you have any questions I will be happy to answer them! Hope to see you soon to give 120% and grow together, see you soon! Concretely: -I accompany you on one hour (or 1h30) sessions which can take place at my office (all the gear is there in a suitable room) at your place, or outside! (Park, athletic track, etc. ) For the content of the sessions, I obviously base myself on my different sporting experiences (badminton, gymnastics, bodybuilding, calisthenics, yoga, zumba, stretching, tennis, volleyball,) and especially on my skills as a physiotherapist and physical educator. I adapt the content according to what you need and what you like to practice for more fun and results! I'm waiting for you :)
