I believe the best way to learn a language is to use it - textbooks and formal rules are helpful but practice, practice, practice is the path to fluency. ***Not just any native speaker!*** In addition to teaching English, I am also a scientific/medical writer - search for me! - and I, therefore, specialize in helping ESL speakers from the medical/pharmaceutical industries. I am, however, always happy to work with those from more general business backgrounds, and particularly enjoy dealing with students who just want to learn English for fun! ***What can I do for YOU?*** Speak naturally - coaching for pronunciation, accent, word choice, formality levels, etc - basically, fine-tuning the elements of English that differentiate native from non-native speakers. Rehearsals - preparation for particular scenarios such as presentations, business-specific situations, interviews, trips, and so on. ***What else?*** I have a neutral English accent - I grew up in various places in England so I can't state a particular city. If pushed, I would say I speak with a general northern English accent. I can also help with English texts - writing/editing, etc (I don't do proofreading). Online / in-person possibilities My teaching style is better suited to more advanced learners of English. Awni is a wonderful instructor! He is very patient, will answer any question you can think of, and can have a laugh with you during lessons as well! His lessons are very helpful and structured, he is willing to go at your pace and repeat or go over things as many times as needed. It is very evident he is professional and has more than enough education and knowledge to teach the language very thoroughly!! I would highly recommend to take him as a teacher!

Helen is an incredible teacher, I look forward to every class I have with her. She explains things very well and you can tell she is invested in you learning the language.
