I carry our resourceful lessons to all students and focus on weak areas individually so that they can grow in confidence. I make all sessions lively and interesting by providing consistent feedback based on tests and worksheets in the past. I take on lessons by involving handing out worksheets that vary in complexity to different groups of students, or setting up a range of work stations which contain an assortment of tasks for students to choose from. This would not only improve the students confidence in the subject but it will also be enjoyable for them
