Have been teaching meditation for 2 years. People enjoy my sessions as it helps brings the mind to the present moment. I start with small yoga practices with laughter sessions/Pranayama ie breathing exercises followed with meditation and chanting depending on the crowd. Experience the bliss by joining I am also an Art of Living volunteer and have completed various levels of courses there and currently ongoing Yoga TTP course as well. Besides my regular job I work for a marketing company based in Singapore
