In this class, we will learn the concept of cells chromosomes genes, and the transfer of characters in the form of genes that encode different proteins from one generation to the next. As you know, our body is made up of cells: there are different kinds of cells in the human body performing different functions. Similarly, characters and attributes are transferred from parents to offspring in the form of genes. Genes are present on chromosomes and chromosomes constitute the DNA, so basically you can say chromosomes and DNA are involved in inheritance. DNA is person-specific and also plays a role in parentage. Every gene codes for a specific protein which is then expressed in the form of characters in the new generation having characters combination like height, color, hair, intelligence, eye color, etc., from both parents, so basically the DNA transcribed then is translated by differently tRNAs to form characters in the form of proteins.
