I am Nerea. I am originally from Zaragoza but my family comes from different parts of Spain, so I really have a rich mix of cultures within the country. In my lessons I focus on conversation and I take real material like videos, news, literature... In that way I can help you to understand Spanish language and culture in a deeper way! Having finished my Bachelor's degree in Spain and Master's in Groningen, I am currently a freelance performer and teacher. I usually play in different ensembles with variated genres as classical, pop, jazz, folk, experimental or improvisation. My pedagogy is a mix between the accumulated knowledge from renowned teachers, pedagogy lessons during my education, intuition and self-discovery, and tools about different genres. I try to teach technique and expression at the same time, putting everything together step by step. I also like to play together with my students and give some tools to practice alone but with accompaniment, like backing tracks.
